The fox with the rainbow is special to the classes which Jo teaches, the children tell her that this is how they feel when they are doing yoga, not a bad thing at all!
Yoga Foxes ~ Update
The 'Yoga Jo' website is now up and running, for all of you who have said that the Yoga Fox has helped to encourage their children to "get down and yoga", both I and Jo and very pleased to hear it!
